I'm sorry to hear that you had a negative experience during the interview process. Please be assured this is not common practice as we typically get back to all applicants. I'm not sure exactly what has happened on this occasion but will investigate to make sure the process is tightened up as an impersonal approach is definitely not the typical Odro way.
