It was an easy interview. I had a good experience meeting the people working there and learning about the company's vision. However, the lack of organization and leadership issues was very noticeable from beginning to end. I was still hopeful that it was a matter of getting things together when starting a company. But things kept getting shady. They ended up ghosting in the offer negotiation process.
