One of the loveliest and well thought out interviews I have ever attended. Everyone was so helpful and every stage was exciting and a challenge! You meet a lot of people who are all there for you and your questions. I was supported through the process by a brilliant Talent Acquisition Sourcer who was amazing.

Question 1
I was given scenarios and in a pair had to work out how to solve them, and asked to pitch a new product of Octopus to one of the interviewers.
Received an email 1 day after I applied for the role inviting me for a telephone interview. The call lasted for about 15mins and I was told I would hear back about the next steps that evening, if not, then first thing in the morning. It's now been several days without contact so I'm just assuming I've been ghosted. Not very professional.

Interview
Very in depth but a really good opportunity to research and understand exactly what role I am going into. The team were very friendly and welcoming and it was great to meet other potential employees on the remote discovery day to come up with solutions to scenarios we may face in our job day to day.
