Contacted by HR for a phone interview and was asked general questions about my experience and interest in the position.I was then was contacted by manager for formal interview with leaders. Overall process did take a few weeks.

Describe a tie when you had go deal with a difficult patient and what you did and what did you elarn.
HR screens you, you’re called in with the supervisor or manager, and you speak with them 15-30 minutes. You usually hear back from them fairly quickly. It was a two week process overall.
