Interview
The HR personnels are very accommodating people. Once a candidate for a job with the bank is perceived to have the skills and quality they are looking for you will get an offer after the interview.
It is a lovely place to work in fact employees refer to this bank as a second home.

Interview
Aptitude test, oral interview and a follow up. Then maybe a call after the various interviews, but it wasn't that organised as I thought. The interview processes all went well.
