Ocean View School District interview questions

Interview process started as receiving an email inviting me to an in person interview. It was a panel interview with the director of special ed, human resource employees and principal for the school site. Interview was about 30-40 mins long, I was asked a series of questions.

The first interview is a quick Zoom call, followed by a phone call informing you about the status of your application. Since I was offered the job, the next step was visiting the district to complete paperwork and then scheduling a day later in the week to drop everything off and complete onboarding,
