Hr interview first 2 round was a no show from there he team. No apologies or explanation. Technical interview, went fine they seemed like nice guys. Just having a conversation about technology. I did an programming exercise. No reply from hr for 21 days. Finally got a reply they received it. After a month I still haven't had any feedback. Hr seemed very unprofessional and communication was poor at best.
