they schedule the interview and forget about that. When we go there interviewer comes with his/her interrupted schedule and makes a formality interview, finally being a CMMI-Level 3 company they don't even bother to send a selected or rejected mail. If you want to join a company which follows the minimum protocol better look into other company - TOTAL WASTE OF TIME IN ATTENDING
