Oatly interview questions

Warm, professional process. Interviewers were welcoming and asked fair, relevant questions. Though I was underqualified for the PR Manager role, they invited me after reading my cover letter — written in the style of an Oatly carton. Genuinely appreciated the human approach

First given logical and personal tests. After that 3 interview rounds - one with HR (zoom, 20 mins), one in person around 1 hr, one on zoom with boss. Basically only personal / work experience questions - not any technical (student position).
