I applied online. I interviewed at Oasis Alignment Services
Interview
Phone interview with HR went wonderfully. Based on questions and some personality profiling, I was a great match for this position. The 1:1 was a different animal. Interviewer was extremely difficult to 'read'. I consistently got the impression that he was 'fishing' for some specific set of answers. Lengthy, but not particularly productive, and I left with very little confidence the process would move forward. I was interviewing too, and not convinced I could work for this manager (interviewer).

Question 1
Went from a checklist sent to him by HR. Pretty sure he'd never seen it before I walked in.
I applied online. I interviewed at Oasis Alignment Services in Mar 2015
Interview
I received an email to schedule a phone interview, two days after applying from a job board posting. The call was with the Human Resources Manager at their corporate office. It was very informative about the type of position and work type. This call was very much get to know you and make sure your interests and abilities align with the job. The next step is to pass the notes from that interview to the regional manager of the branch I was applying to.
