Oakwood Laboratories interview questions

Long process over several days. HR was scattered and unprofessional. Company leadership had little business sense and little scientific or engineering background. Felt like I was educating them. There are a few generic products, produced by accident using a 'patented' process.

It was an on line interview. There seemed to be a great deal of nepotism. Did not see evidence that they would embrace improvement focus or encourage differing ideas (or people).
