Contacted by recruiter in London took 3 weeks from the application. Asked to fill out the recruitment form which includes expectation to the role, salary and etc. And they took more than a month to come back for suggesting the time for in-person interview. The process was not very fast either, the team seemed not to be eager to interview me.

Question 1
First round interview, i was asked to do a case study regarding the credit research.
The interviews were via Zoom as I was not local to Los Angeles. It was very organized, and had a 2.5hr block with 5 different people, from lower level to Managing Director. The team was very friendly and the offer came quickly. The Managing Director and HR were very accommodating about the timing of the move to LA.
