Oakland County, MI interview questions

They did not ask very technical questions, very general questions regarding the outcome of my projects, how to handle data, how to present it to stakeholders. They mentioned the team was relatively new. the interview itself was neither bad nor good.

In-person panel interview. Questions were heavily based on relevant experience and to gauge comfort levels with outdoor field work. Process to hear about next-steps was slow, but the hiring staff was friendly, respectful, and sincere about finding the right match.
