It was very well organized and the group panel was very informative and willing to know myself. They asked variety of questions including testing my knowledge in rhythms as it was a Cardiac floor I was applying for.

The interview process was professional and conversational. It was online based, started with introductions and an overview of the unit. The interview focused on clinical skills and asked situational questions to assess prioritization, communication, and how to handle challenging events. Overall, the interviewers were welcoming and gave me an opportunity to explain my thought process and nursing approach while prompting.
