1:1 interview, more about your experience in depth and what the role involves on day to day and general expectations for sales quotas on a weekly basis. Apparently you are supposed to do 100 calls with 9 conversation calls expected for booked appointments daily.

Conversation with management about suitability for the role and past experiences. Did not hear back from them weeks later, not even a rejection e-mail to explain the outcome. If someone is unsuccessful after an interview, it would be good to let them know in future.
