Interview
Online application, also emailed associate who worked there to pass my resume along to hiring manager. Received email from HR requesting phone interview 2 days later. Phone interview went well, discussed my experience, what I know about the company. (Friday) Was told next step would be interview with VP & to watch my email for that invite. (Monday) received rejection email. I’m grateful for the closure, I believe the VP was looking for a specific profile, though I’m fully capable of doing the job. I will continue to look for other positions that match my skill level within the organization.

I don't know why I keep applying at this place, they NEVER have their act together. Job descriptions never seem to match what they are actually looking for once you're on the phone for the screening and the recruiters always come off as inept, disorganized or in the latest case, kind of rude. The screening felt like an interrogation. Hard pass, three strikes, you are OUT Oak Street Health!
Did not love the process and were not clear on what attributes they were looking for. I did not have a pleasant experience, and so would not recommend it to a friend.

Interview
It was really unorganized. They do not follow up with you and you end up being ghosted with little to no communication. It was quite apparent that they had an internal candidate they were prioritizing and the senior VPs and regional directors were rude and unprofessional. Very disingenuous organization / team
