Application
I applied online. I interviewed at Oak Street Health (Greensboro, NC)
Interview
There were two interviews. One virtually and one in person. The questions were fairly simple and the interviews didn’t take long. There were no off the wall questions, only questions about past work history.

Question 1
Tell me how your past work experience would help you in this role
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Oak Street Health in Apr 2023
Interview
Interview process was very straightforward. It began with a phone interview with HR (not localized to the community the position is in) followed by a virtual interview (I was told by HR the next step would be an in-person interview but only made it through to the virtual one). They asked relatively straightforward questions. Because this position was listed for New York City as a whole, I was unsure /which/ clinic this position was for — turns out it was up in Harlem, a community I do not live in and therefore did not know any resources in that community. It would have been nice for them to specify which community this position was for. The interviewer also appeared to be extremely bored during the interview. She was working on other tasks, yawning, and overall completely disinterested. It left a bad taste in my mouth.
