      Analyst Interview

      4 Nov 2016
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Middlebury, VT
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Oak Hill Capital (Middlebury, VT) in Sept 2016

      Interview

Very relaxed. Interviewer was personable and genuinely interested in learning about who I was and what interested me. He shared a lot about how the company functions and why he thought my strengths were important. I ultimately didn't receive an offer, but my interviewer sent a personal message explaining why they had chosen another candidate which was a nice touch.
