I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at OYO (Dallas, TX) in Sept 2019
Interview
MY interview was rescheduled... twice. So, when I interviewed it was actually the third appointment. The interviewer didn't call on time and after 15 minutes, I initiated a call myself and left an voice mail. After 30 minutes, they finally called. When the interview was complete, I was asked to provide times for the next interview. When the day came, no surprise, there was no call.... again. I again called the person I spoke to initially. She took the blame for not scheduling but doesn't change the fact that I was rescheduled twice, the were late once and completely absent the last time. When I finally had my second interview, there were more people than I was told, and several of the questions made me wonder if the 2nd interviewer knew what this position being interviewed for was all about. I've been around a while and I've never seen a process this unorganized, disjointed and unprofessional. So, despite the fact that I was told I'd have an answer either way, I wasn't surprised when the call never came. Even if you don't hire a person, I'd never allow one of my recruiters to fail a follow-up call with a candidate at this level.
Interview questions [1]

They gave a list of five words/phrases to be ranked in order of importance with an explanation of why. (Intelligence, Work Ethic, Intuition, and two others)
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at OYO (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Apr 2019
Interview
Pretty straightforward. HR shortlisting, hiring manager round, another to-be colleague round, bar raiser and final interview. The HR shortlisting, in my case was a refrral and hence was not much asked for.

Question 1
Situation and performance-based. What was your most successful project and why? What did you do to achieve the results? How do you manage the vendors and stakeholders?
