The interviewer can ask some difficult stressful question to test if you could handle the steer.
I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at OSTC (Brighton, England) in Feb 2021

Informal zoom chat discussing the pros of working for them - they described the application process. They asked about personal interests and aspirations. A strong work atmosphere was described. They were keen to network and introduce me to other colleagues.
