      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at OSL Retail Services (Seattle, WA) in Jul 2020

      Interview

There was a pre-screen interview with a recruiter via phone after my resume was submitted, then a one hour phone call with the regional manager. After that, a panel interview. Every correspondence was fast and on time

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at OSL Retail Services in Jul 2020

      Interview

So very unprofessional. The interviewer didn't understand basic concepts of sales cycles and flow. I asked what top strength was for the team? Answered: lots of hidden talent... Ultimately these folks are not going to hire anyone that might threaten their position. Painful painful experience. On the verge of embarrassing

      District Manager Interview

      12 Sept 2019
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Philadelphia, PA
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at OSL Retail Services (Philadelphia, PA) in Aug 2019

      Interview

After applying, received communication from a recruiter to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was more informative with them explaining the job versus asking me questions. The questions were very basic such as “Tell me about your current job” and “Why do you think you would be a good fit.” At the conclusion of the call, I’m told I am to receive a follow up call from the regional director to set up an in-person interview in about 1-3 days. The recruiter also requests to let them know if I don’t hear back after 3 days. 4 days go by without any further communication. I inform the recruiter via email that no one has reached out. It’s not for an additional 5-7 days that I finally received an email communication from the recruiter that they are moving on with other candidates. This should be a big, red flag for anyone looking to apply to this company. Be wary of any company that doesn’t follow through with their word during the interview process because it’s an example of the work culture.
