I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at OSIsoft (San Leandro, CA) in Oct 2015
Interview
The interviewers were kind but did not truly give a sense that the were happy working there. It appeared as if they did like people who wanted to move up in the company. you go through a 4 person process with each person interviewing you for about one hour. They try to make sure that you will be ethuisastic about your job. They made the entire process relatively effortless though.
I applied through university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at OSIsoft (Montreal, QC) in Dec 2019
Interview
The interview was a three step process:
1) Casual call after a recruiting event at a University.
2) 10 minutes interview call, basic questions followed by a online test with logical questions.
3) Interview for 3 hours on-site with senior management
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Behavioral questions like what do you do if you had a tight deadline.
Questions about my resume.
It was a 30 min long interview by employee currently in position. Most of the interview questions covered on here already. Not too bad if you prepare on Glassdoor beforehand.
