Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn. I had an interview with them and a technical interview with the manager of the department.
The interview with the recruiter was very welcoming. It was one of the few times I felt an interviewer was genuinely interested in hearing what I had to say. It was a very human conversation.
The technical interview didn't bring anything new, just questions relating the field to my background.

Question 1
Describe projects you have been involved in the past, detail your responsibilities in that project, describe the entire project cycle, and how you acted in it.
Concise, to the point. Interview didn't have multiple unnecessary sessions, was straightforward: a session with HR, leadership, and then a final round with HR + leadership. Friendly atmosphere all around.
