First stage in person with general competency questions and introduction to the team layout etc. Final stage in person with director of client services, presentation made with no follow up call, emails describing “sorry it’s taking so long, still in the process” etc. 6 weeks later I withdrew my application as they didn’t have the decency to get back to me.
