      Administrative Assistant Interview

      I interviewed at ORBA

      Interview

It was a long-drawn-out process. Meeting group after group, including interviews with a peer group of other admins (who have no HR experience or interview skills). The worst part was that the Directors still referred to their admins as "my gal". And then the admin group referred to the Director group as -- "The Guys". So obviously not a place to work if you expect diversity -- or even equality in the workplace.
