Interview process is as like others.. 2 rounds of interview with telephonic conversation and then personal round for technical. Later there will be also HR round, Interview on technical round is mostly based on the information in the resume, details of CV is asked. It was not very difficult- Starts with introduce myself, Then about projects which I worked on, They started asking if I know about development life cycle for software and components. About the testing tools and testing methods.

Just a very negative and unpleasant experience. The HR is just one pathetic and rude person who does not know how to behave with candidates. Very unpleasant way of asking questions. Midway through the interview she stopped and told that you are not right fit for the position since they require someone from core mechanical engineering backround. I mean my CV is right infront of you and didnt you see this coming that I am a chemical engineer and do not have experience with mechanical testing. She was not even keen to see my interest in the company and what they do. No engineer who starts their career has a realworld practical experience. After all, it seems like I dodged a bullet. If this is the HR, I wonder how the management is. I am speaking for their belgium division. Its a big company and this means there would be certainly divisions which are good. But do your homework before interviewing !!!
