I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at OPES Financial Solutions
Interview
I was backed into a corner and told to pay for training fees to get started. I said I was uncomfortable and they told me that my money would be refunded if I changed my mind the next day. With that promise, I agree. I told them later that day that I changed my mind and did not want to work there. I asked for a refund and was told that the back office could not issue any refunds. The VP offered to refund me with his personal money in cash, but only if I went back to the office. I suspect that was just another sales tactic. I told him I would have held off on making the payment if he had told me it was nonrefundable. Anyway, there were a bunch of other red flags, too. This is a multi-level marketing operation. They're vague about the fees you'll have to continue to pay to work there. I learned an expensive lesson, but I guess it's good I got out early before they sucked any more money or personal contacts from me.

Question 1
Be prepared for them to make a hard sell. They'll ask you to pay $140 for "training" and claim it is refundable if you change your mind. I changed my mind and learned it wasn't.
