      Account Representative Interview

      5 Feb 2014
      Anonymous employee
      Greenbelt, MD
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at OPEG (Greenbelt, MD)

      Interview

There are three of them. The phone interview is just a quick runthrough to make sure you are competent. The second interview is a sit down for about an hour in which they try to convince you how working for them is the best for you financially and mentally. The third interview is the offer where they tell you that you will start on Monday for "product knowledge".

      Greenbelt, MD
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at OPEG (Greenbelt, MD) in Sept 2013

      Interview

The hiring process consisted of 3 stages. The first interview was quick, maybe about almost 30 minutes or possibly less. That afternoon I was called for a second interview the next day. The second interview was exactly an hour long and the position details were thoroughly broken down. I didn't get much details on the pay for the position I was there for, but, to me, that's not really something to ask about before you know whether you have the job or not. I had my third interview the same day and basically questions that I had were answered. Later that afternoon, I was offered the job!

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at OPEG (Greenbelt, MD) in Mar 2013

      Interview

OPEG,Inc has a 3 phase interview process. On my first interview I sat down with the president and she went over my resume and asked me a couple questions about my previous work experience and what I was looking for in my next position. I then got invited in for a second round interview where I was able to meet with one of the top representatives. That was really cool because I got to hear the perspective of the job from someone who does it every day! The final interview was quick and I sat down with Emily, the president again and she answered a couple questions that I had about pay and benefits. I was called the next morning and offered a position!
