Question 1
i was asked many questions mainly revolving abt the strategy i would conduct the business if chosen
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at OPEC Fund for International Development (Vienna)
Interview
Unprofessional to the maximum. HR was completely overwhelmed with the entire process. There was a complete lack of structure and the entire process was a blackbox. This is a Saudi Fund with mostly Saudi employees, so huge cultural gap to pretty much everyone else.

Interview
Reading Glassdoor reviews, I realize I am not the only one who was ghosted after being interviewed.
I was shortlisted shortly after the application period ended, had my interview and after that, nothing. I followed up with HR but I never heard back from them, not even an automated rejection message nor a courtesy reply ("the process is ongoing, please understand it will take time, etc."). Just radio silence, and the application has remained open in their system.
This is quite a new low, first time I interview with an international organization and don't receive any type of feedback. As another review mentioned, I was also asked to fill in a very detailed questionnaire before the interview, with very granular information about current and expected compensation package and endless details about current team composition (not just line manager but even names and titles of peers in the team). It felt like I was volunteering a lot of information for nothing in return.

Question 1
Several questions about my personal experience working at my current and previous workplace, a couple of technical questions on the role and one behavioral question on handling difficult situations.
