      Data Transmission Client Relations Interview

      24 Dec 2014
      Anonymous employee
      Indianapolis, IN
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at ONEA (Indianapolis, IN) in Jun 2014

      Interview

First the HR person does a phone screen. Just some basic questions about experience, skills, etc. there were no scenario type questions. They also shared salary information which is nice so you don't have to waste time going to an in person interview if it is too low. The in person interview was typical. They want to know about skills and experience. They also asked questions like "tell me about a time when you..." It was relaxed.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Tell me about a time you made a mistake and how did you correct it.
