Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years? In shor term, I'd love to take advantage of every opportunity the company will give me to gain knowledge through the external and internal training programs. My goal in to become a lead in a team. I know not everyone can get promote to this lvl, but I believe can achive by hardwork.
