I sent my application directly to the company and got my first interview around 1-2 weeks after sending my application. The first conversation was a 30-minute talk with the department lead. The second interview was with another leader from another department. After this, there should be a final round with the study case, but I didn't go through it. The reason was that they stopped the recruitment process, realizing that there would not be enough jobs for me, considering their marketing team had not developed yet.
