Interview
Applied on company website, received an email to set up a phone interview. It was easy to set up, but the interview itself wasn't great. I felt like I was being rushed and not being given a real chance to answer before I was asked the next question. It also took them over a month to notify me that I was not selected to move on, even after I emailed for an update. Courtesy is free and says a lot about your company.

I was asked the basics. Asked about my experience and myself, Why I am leaving my current company, Tell me about yourself, strength and weaknesses, etc.

Interview
Had a phone interview with HR Manager (who I would be reporting to) Face to face interview a couple days later where I interviewed with HR Manager and Controller. Received offer a few days later.
I actually interviewed in 2003 but glassdoor doesn't go back that far.
