The interview process in my opinion was very seamless and easy compared to others that I have sat for. The entire process happened virtually. The first round happened with a third party recruiter, roughly 15 minutes. He was very kind and knowledgeable about the organization but was unable to answer specifics. The second, was scheduled for 20 minutes with their Regional director who was also very kind. I had so many questions and she was willing to answer them all making the interview last 1 hour. Her generosity and carefulness made me intrigued. The third interview took place with the COO and CEO. That interview was scheduled for roughly 20 minutes. That interview felt very corporate and gave the vibe of "can you do the job or not" This interview felt a bit more structures and less warm than the other two I sat for. I was disheartened to hear that the salary they marketed, and the salary I was told was not congruent with what the COO offered in the moment. I did express that 125k was not sufficient for the amount of work the position asked for. At that moment I knew I may not land the job. All is well to say the least. They have an incredible mission and product.
