I was called by an employee and was asked a few questions on the phone, such as my future goals and reason for wanting to work at the company. Afterwards, I was invited to have an in person meeting. Then, I had to do a work interview, which is just shadowing the medical assistants and doctor.
I interviewed with one medical assistant over the phone. Then, I was invited to have an interview with the Dr. Afterwards, I shadowed the medical assitants for a day and asked questions. Overall, the interview process was easy but long.
