Applied on-line, got a call from internal recruiter, then waited for weeks to get invited to an interview. Interview was scheduled for an hour, but the hiring manager was late. The interview felt like a benchmarking exercise. Didn't get any feedback, chased the recruiter and three weeks later got a negative reply.
