Super friendly. Down to earth questions. She made me feel comfortable. I have only had one interview so far. I'm having the second interview this afternoon. I want this job. First, she asked about my experience- the questions every one asks- "Tell me about..." Then she asked about strengths and situational questions. Then I took a test on paper and two clerical tests on the computer at home later. She called me back the next morning and asked me to come in for a second interview. O'Reilly has a great reputation in Springfield and I've wanted to work here for a long time.
