Nylok interview questions

First interview was with three members of the company (hiring manager, HR, recent hire) and they were all very nice. The questions were pretty easy, just look up typical behavioral interview questions. Second "interview" was more a tour of the company with a few questions questions asked, nothing technical.

I applied for the job online, they called me the day after and asked me if I could meet them at a certain time (very quick interview). They talked about how good they were, what they manufactured and how they were growing in different countries. They called me the day after and provided me the job opportunity (after the drug test results).
