HR person was incredible, really transparent throughout the entire process. Multiple interview rounds with different teams I would interact with, so the process was a little lengthier. Entire process took about 1.5 months.

I spoke to HR on the phone first. Then a Zook call with the MD. Then a super day with 6 team members. Everyone was fairly relaxed, although I had to follow up to find out I wasn’t going further.

What metrics would you look at when underwriting a new credit?
Three rounds of interviews with increasingly senior staff ranging from associate to managing director. Most questions focused on culture fit while also assuring necessary qualifications met. Excel modeling test and some technical questions asked.
