Nuvance Health interview questions

Phone screening a few weeks after initial application. Screening went well. Screener was kind and professional. Moved on to an interview with Manager 2 weeks later. The interview was fairly straightforward and went well. Moved on to the 3rd interview with the Talent Development Strategist 2 weeks later. Great interview. She was professional and personable. She mentioned that they had weeded out some candidates and recently added others. Wait! What? 6-7 weeks into the process and they were still adding candidates to the pool? We are now 10 weeks out from my initial phone screening, and I haven't heard anything despite 3 interviews and being highly qualified for the job. The job posting is still live as of this review. This was my second experience interviewing for Nuvance, which was very similar to the first. I have found their hiring processes to be very time-consuming, confusing, and degrading.

Contacted by email. Virtual interview by multiple people. Aced interview and matched job requirements. No feedback and they selected an internal candidate. Waste of time it’s as if they interviewed others just to check a box.
