Applied to job and contacted by recruiter via email and then phone. Recruiter conducted the first round of interview where he explained to me about job, learnt about my work experience. He also went over the pay range for the job and tentative possibility of working from office 3 months down the line. I was ok with everything.

Very well structured interview process, with several stages. Before all phases I got information regarding the next steps and an invitation for the next interview slot. Friendly atmosphere during the interviews and lot of questions oriented towards job experience.
