Interview
First, I had a 45+ minute call with a recruiter. After about 2 weeks she finally gets back to me to confirm the next interview which is another week of waiting. The next interview was with a Design Lead, who was basically only interested in someone with extensive Magento experience, which didn't seem like a priority in the job description or the first interview with the recruiter. She was very critical of the fact that I've worked at multiple companies, which is fair, but plenty of excellent designers I know have worked at multiple companies. Ultimately the job had high expectations and low pay, so I'm glad I didn't get it. It took 3 weeks for the Design Lead to get back to me.
