Interview
The interview process at Numerix involved four rounds, including discussions with the team manager, HR, and a director. The interviewers were professional and asked a good mix of technical and situational questions relevant to the role. The process between rounds was fairly quick, and I received updates promptly after each stage.
After completing all four rounds, however, I did not receive immediate feedback on the outcome. I reached out a couple of times before learning that the company had chosen to move forward with another candidate. While the overall process was well-structured, clearer communication after the final stage would have been appreciated.
In summary, the interviews themselves were positive and thorough, and the process was efficient, though post-interview updates could be improved for better candidate experience.

Interview
I only went through the first phone screen after that it was explained there would be two technical assessments and another panel interview and final interview. After my phone screen where I talked about my background I received feedback that gaps in my resume were the reason they would consider other candidates. Focusing on gaps rather than capability reflects a hiring approach that doesn’t align with how strong engineering organizations evaluate talent today. I will not be considering opportunities with Numerix in the future.

Lots of questions about how every role ended and why there were gaps between roles not questions about technical capability.
Two Technical and One Hiring Manager rounds. Last technical round was hands-on for creating Salesforce Flows rather than just Question and Answers. Process was smooth and fast. CPQ, Data integrity, security, de-duplication focused questions were asked.
