Thank you for your feedback about your interview with us. We were surprised to read that you feel we have a poor reputation considering the fact you applied to work at our studio.
We did pose a question about working after hours. As we are an architectural lighting design practice, members of the team are required to attend mock-ups on site. Given that the medium that we work with is light, it is difficult to do this during standard working hours. Darkness is our friend, so this is an inevitable part of our role.
However, each member of our team is encouraged to take a half-day on a Friday (subject to deadlines). We believe that offering this weekly half-day in lieu helps to offset after hours work commitments.
