First off, I got a call from HR. Then HR shared my profile with Hiring Manager. The Hiring Manager sent me an email, saying that they would like to set up an interview for me. Lastly, there was an interview with three senior directors. One of the directors was also the head of the team. After 3 weeks of my scheduled interview (which was a lengthy process), they informed me of their hiring decision after I have sent them a follow-up email concerning my application. HR told me that I haven’t been selected top go to the next stage – the directors felt my skills weren’t enough for the role requirements.
