Applied online and a recruiter from US office contacted me to schedule a phone interview. Got back with my availability in one day but he never replied me back. I emailed again in 4 business days. No reply! WTF. No respect for candidates time. His email address is hidden and he was using a candidate application system's email.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Nuance (Seattle, WA) in Nov 2016
Interview
The interview process was non-professional. The company has locations in Seattle, WA and on the East coast, the company recruiter is located in Massachusetts, and assumed I was on the East Coast even though my resume had WA state throughout and missed our initial call. Then when we connected, I was promised several times that he would be returning my call. After a week, I called and left several messages and sent a few emails, but absolutely no responses back. I had a company employee ping the recruiter and that prompted an email that said that the incorrect resume was sent to the hiring manager and that the correct resume would be sent. I was then sent an email saying the recruiter would be speaking to the hiring manager and that I would be getting a call back in the morning. I never did hear back from the recruiter so I emailed the recruiter again, and surprise no response back.
Again, extremely unprofessional and disorganized company from my perspective.
