They were very interested in the type of skill I had in excel. In my particular if I could analyse data they spent a great deal of the interview asking about technical skills

Straightforward, I had to submit resume and do an Hirevue. Never heard back again. Maybe wrong timing. I suggest preparing beforehand. Why the company? Why this role? how would you behave in a leadership position.
