Call with Director of Talent and meeting with founders.
Never heard anything back from one on one meetings - sent two follow up emails to Director of Talent but he never responded - very unprofessional when recruiting for a senior level position.
To be honest after reading the reviews about the company on Glassdoor I am glad the process did not go any further.
Being a small team here at NowSecure can at times make it challenging to get back to everyone we interview. With that being said, there is no excuse for not following up when talking to candidates. We will continue to improve our follow up process with candidates and truly appreciate the feedback.
