The interview process itself was completely fine, everybody was friendly and for the most part, it felt like a good place to work. The tech test was very calm and quite fun. Be warned though: They will try to pressure you into signing the contract within a few days of sending it to you, failure to sign it and they will push your start date back. For me, they pushed the start date back into a week where I had estate agent viewings booked, things to take care of with my family during COVID-19, they had no sympathy for my situation and made me feel forced to start that date. I was given mixed messages on who to contact, slow replies and no direct phone number until a few days before the start date, when I tried to ask to move it they simply told me it was too late to move the start date due to processes internal which inevitably forced the situation of me being unable to start the job due to risk of having nowhere to live and needing to help elderly family members.
