A HR call which was later followed by technical round taken by a panel. The questions were more related to your previous experience and process knowledge. It was a video call interview.

First HR called to ask about background, then sent technical assessment to be completed within the same day, then followed by an interview with the panel hiring team. feedback came quick and got verbally offered, asked for documents and references, after reference checks, was provided with job offer, signed it and got a confirmation email with my start date and account reset password etc for the onboarding process that will take place closer to my start date

Interview
This is not the company they would make you wait for 3 hours before each round. First HR called me and after discussing all the background she called me for the interview. She was polite and was considerate of my timings too. Before interview I was given the agenda and timing and there was strict adherence to timelines with no waiting period

Interview questions was based on hypothetical scenarios with judged the communication skills,clinical skills and tool skills in previous companies.
